OVER 25 HEALTH BENEFITS OF SEX

Hello readers, its healTh Tips Tuesday and hmmmm how do I start this topic? Who do I advice to go ahead and read or tell not to continue? What a dilemma, phew.... Well, I decided to share this because truthfully, I didn't have any ideas about sex benefits until I was asked to speak to some people about human sexuality in marriage. Somehow, I saw myself surfing the web for ideas and i came upon the benefits of sex. To me however, I think married couples will learn more from this and frankly, I'd advice you have a little more if you weren't have enough.
